That's why we proudly craft our spirits just Southeast of Syracuse in Cazenovia, NY, where we’re fortunate to have access to our own limestone-filtered natural spring. This pure, mineral-rich water is the foundation of everything we make, giving our spirits their clean, distinctive character.
Our small-batch distillation process allows us to explore flavors and create unique, high-quality spirits that showcase the natural resources of this beautiful region—resulting in award-winning expressions.
Stone Quarry Vodka
Our Vodka takes its name from the historic Stone Quarry that lies beside our distillery — a landmark that speaks to strength, purity, and timeless character. Using natural, limestone-filtered spring water, organic corn, and a carefully refined mellowing process, we craft a Vodka that’s exceptionally smooth and clean. Enjoy it neat, over ice, or as the perfect base for your favorite cocktail.

Our General’s Gin is named in honor of our Founder, retired Lieutenant General Mike Basla—a distinguished leader with a deep appreciation for exceptional Gin. Crafted with a unique blend of botanicals and our natural limestone-filtered spring water to create a truly unique spirit worthy of a General’s approval.

Route 20 Rum
Inspired by the enduring spirit of U.S. Route 20—the longest highway in America—our Rum is built to go the distance.
Aged for approximately 18 months, this unique spirit develops rich character and depth, making it a perfect sipper. With subtle smokey notes reminiscent of a fine Whiskey, it offers a bold yet refined experience for those who appreciate craftsmanship and complexity in every pour.
